A task can be created as follows:
1. Go to Project-> Click on Project name
2. Go to “Tasks” tab.
3. If no board has been created yet. You can create a new Board. Under a board you can create multiple task lists.
4. Inside a Task list, you can have multiple tasks or cards as shown in below screenshot.
5. Here “App Testing” is my board, “Check all UI issues” is my taks list and “Check UI design issues” is my task or card.
6. Enter the card title name and click on “Add new card”
